Backed by a Ph.D. in Organizational Development, an MBA and a Bachelor’s in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, I understand what makes teams thrive. My approach combines a balance of energy, strategy, and deep expertise to deliver just-in-time coaching, interactive learning and real-world application.
